About Me

I am a PhD candidate in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at UNSW Sydney, supervised by Professors Wenjie Zhang and Hanchen Wang. I am a member of the MACSYS Centre of Excellence and the UNSW Data and Knowledge Research Group (DKR), and am affiliated with the Sydney Data Intelligence Lab (SyDIL).

My research lies at the intersection of machine learning and data systems. I develop learning-based methods for multivariate time-series imputation, schema matching, and graph analytics, with a particular interest in reliable AI for scientific and biological data. More broadly, I am interested in applying AI and data-centric methods to biological modelling and whole-cell systems.
