About Me

I am a PhD candidate in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at UNSW Sydney, supervised by Professors Wenjie Zhang and Hanchen Wang. I am also part of the MACSYS Centre of Excellence.

My research connects machine learning with data systems. I work on recovering missing values in multivariate time series and on graph problems such as subgraph matching and counting. I am especially interested in methods that can support biological data analysis and whole-cell modelling.
